Above rates are calculated based on
the actual length of stay provided that:
| 1. Payment for one month of stay is made in advance upon check-in
and monthly thereafter. |
| 2. Delayed monthly payments will result in application of our normal
room rates to the guest. |
| 3. In the case of a two week stay, payment for the entire two week
period must be made at time of check in. |
| 4. A further RM500.00 security deposit is to be paid upon check in.
During the length of your stay a minimum of RM 500 deposit must be
maintained on your folio over and above the charges incurred. |
| 5. In the event of earlier than expected check out, normal room rates
will apply. |
| 6. Above rates include daily breakfast but exclude 10% service charge
and 5% Government taxes (or such other rate as the Government may
set from time to time). |
